Manufacturing
The facility has an capacity of 20 - 120MT depending on process complexity.
Main operations are liquid-liquid fractionation, purification, solvent fractionation, and evaporation.
Silicic acid column purification is possible in different scales by flash and adsorption chromatography. Other adsorptions can be used as well.
The plant consists of 8-10 stainless steel vessels, drier and wiped film evaporators in pilot and full scale for raw materials volumes ranging from kg to 20-120 MT.
Emulsions for finished products can be produced in Kg scale at 1000 Bar maximum pressure.
Pilot-scale extraction (1000 L extractor) is possible for limited volumes.
